Warranty Policy

This page introduces our 12-month warranty to our products. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team at info@lacressida.com. We are more than happy to further understand your situation and assist.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our 12-month warranty (the "Warranty") extends to all bags and accessories (our “Products”) manufactured by Aarnede Retail Pty Ltd. and purchased directly from our official website (https://www.lacressida.com). This excludes any products under clearance sale when the order is placed.

The warranty period starts from the day you place the order. It does not cover your product if you use it in a manner that is incompatible with the intended design and purpose.

What is the effective date? Can it be transferred?

This warranty is effective on all covered products purchased from 1st January 2025 onwards. Products purchased prior to this date are not covered.

It extends only to the original purchaser of the product. All warranties are not transferable.

How long is the warranty period?

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the day of purchase. It is effective on all covered products purchased from 1st January 2025 onwards. Orders placed prior to this date are not covered.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Scratches, dents, rips, tears, loose threads, edge paint peelings, stains, or discolorations that occur through normal use of the product and do not impair the functionality of the product.

Damage that occurs from improper maintenance, washing, or cleaning, as well as damages that result from attempted self-repair.

Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water.

Products sold by any third-party vendor, retailer, store, or website that is not Maverick & Co. are not covered, including clearance sales.

Damage that is not classified as manufacturing defects, such as normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, or other abnormal uses.

Use of the product other than for its intended purpose.

Improper or unauthorized repair.

What happens in the event of a defect?

In the event of a defect, a repaired or replacement product will be provided at the option of Aarnede Retail Pty Ltd ( La Cressida ), subject to the fulfillment of your responsibilities below. Replacement product may be manufactured in a different batch than the original item you purchased. Therefore, slight color difference may occur, especially on natural materials such as leather.

As the warranty holder, you must provide us with proof of the original date of purchase. Aarnede Retail Pty Ltd ( La Cressida ) will investigate the cause of the defect and come up with a solution, either repair or replacement. Replaced or repaired product is subject to the same warranty as the original product (i.e. same last day of warranty coverage as the original purchase).
