What is your return policy?
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30-days of purchase provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.
While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.
Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.
Return Process
1) Email at info@lacressida.com along with pics of products, order number, contact number and Name.
2) Get approval and delivery address from La Cressida.com
3) Dispatch through courier partner and share the tracking number, courier partner name. Courier charges will be borne by customer
4) After receiving the products at La Cressida address, QC report will be shared with customer within 2 working days.
5) If the products are used, No refund will be given.
6) If the product is unused, comes with intact new packaging, refund will be issued within 48 hours of QC report shared with customer.
7) If the packaging box is damaged and product is unused, a charge of $ 15 will be deducted.
