Leather is a durable material, but that doesn’t mean it is immune to scratching, stretching, or getting dirty. When using leather, it is important to take a few key steps to protect your items and prevent excess wear and tear.

• Try to keep leather goods away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Bring an umbrella if the forecast calls for heavy rain to avoid getting leather wet.
• Each week, use a soft bristled brush or soft cloth to remove dust or debris from your items.
• Do not overfill leather duffel bags, purses, or wallets. Doing so can cause the material to stretch and appear misshapen.
• Be careful to keep any sharp items, bulky jewelry, large buttons, or anything else that may scratch leather away from it.

DELIVERY COST

The cost of shipping is displayed directly at checkout and calculated according to your country of delivery. It varies between $12, $19, $25, $29 and $40.

SHIPPING DELAY

We currently need 12-14 weeks to weave a bag in case of Pre-order. As soon as it's ready, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Any cancellation request made after 45 calendar days after the date of confirmation of your order can not be taken into account.

Returns are the responsibility of customers and at their cost.

TAXES AND DUTIES

UK customers must pay an import tax of approximately 21%. These taxes are payable to our shipper (DHL) on arrival in the UK, prior to delivery.

Australian customers may pay a range of custom duty from 5% to 10% + GST.

We ship to all destinations outside UE on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid) which means we are responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to customers destination and customers are responsible for import duties.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund OR if the package is returned because you refused to pay the import duties the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse will also be deducted from the refund of your order.
